Refund & Returns Policy

Every CarveKind order is covered by a 30-day money-back guarantee. If your wood carving kit arrives faulty or you're not satisfied, we'll replace it or refund you — no complicated hoops.

Who pays for return shipping

Return shipping is arranged and paid by you. We recommend a tracked service: until the parcel reaches us it stays your responsibility, and a tracking number is what lets us refund you the moment it lands.

One exception, and it is on us: if an item arrives faulty, damaged or is not what you ordered, we cover the return in full. You never pay to send back a mistake we made.

How it works

Email [email protected] within 30 days of delivery.
Tell us the issue (a photo or short description helps).
We arrange a replacement or a refund to your original payment method.

If your kit is defective on arrival — for example a damaged blade, a loose blade guard or torn stitching on the roll bag — you don't need to ship it back for a refund in most cases; we resolve it directly. Refunds are issued through Stripe to the card you paid with.

This guarantee is offered by CarveKind, published by Animouf LLC (Wyoming, USA), and applies in addition to any rights you have under applicable consumer law.
